Para Sachs, se poderia aproveitar a celebração dos 300 anos do nascimento de Rousseau para firmar um novo contrato social, como propôs o suÃço Rousseau em sua obra mais famosa: “Por que não colocar essa questão no centro do debate, com a volta de um planejamento a longo prazo, entre os diversos atores?†Um novo contrato social em nÃvel de cada paÃs e, depois –  por que não? – entre todos eles.
