RIO DE JANEIRO, Jun 17 (TerraViva) - O professor Ignacy Sachs, do Centro de Pesquisa sobre o Brasil contemporâneo, da Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, da França, citou Jean-Jacques Rousseau para resumir suas expectativas em relação à Rio+20. Para Sachs, se poderia aproveitar a celebração dos 300 anos do nascimento de Rousseau para firmar um novo contrato social, como propôs o suíço Rousseau em sua obra mais famosa: “Por que não colocar essa questão no centro do debate, com a volta de um planejamento a longo prazo, entre os diversos atores?” Um novo contrato social em nível de cada país e, depois –  por que não? – entre todos eles.
